When the installers, José and Nick, arrived, they were very efficient, caring, and capable. There were some tricky aspects to the cutting of the countertop that they handled really well. I ended up ordering a custom built gas BBQ with a power burner, storage and a frig. The whole process from the designing stage to building it at my home went flawlessly. The project manager, Tim Hopper and the entire work crew were top notch and easy to deal with. Excellent quality and attention to detail. After my first BBQ, I noticed a small flaw. I contacted them and within a few days, they sent out a crew to make it right. Their prices are very fair for the quality and service they provide. Tony helped design my custom L shaped island and outfit it with all the accessories. Tony, along with Tim Hopper, were very accommodating as we waited for my backyard remodel to be complete so the island could be placed. The island was delivered last weekend and it looks amazing. Having the family over for steaks this weekend. Many thanks to the team at BBQ Grill Outlet for helping to put the cherry on top of my backyard remodel. I ended up getting a different version from what I was first looking at because of him. I'm glad I listened, much easier to clean the grill. Overall the staff was great and friendly.
